Vistara Charitable Trust does not sell or ship any physical goods through this website. A donation does not involve the dispatch or delivery of any product, so no shipping charges apply.
Receipts & acknowledgements
After your donation is confirmed, you can ask for an acknowledgement or receipt. We send it electronically, by email or WhatsApp, to the contact details you provide, usually within 7 working days of the request. Please make sure your name and contact details are correct.
Payment confirmation
Your bank, UPI app or our payment gateway partner will show you the payment status straight away. Keep the transaction reference until you receive our acknowledgement.
Didn’t receive your acknowledgement?
Contact us with your name, the donation date, the amount and the transaction reference, and we will resend it.
